The practice of Buti combines traditional yoga poses with primal movements like pulsing, spiraling, shaking, and drumming to release the mind, tone the body like never before, and join the two together with radiance and self-love.
Class is practiced with pulsating music to get you out of your chattering mind and into your body.
No yoga experience? No problem. We modify to any level.
Feel like you have no rhythm? Also not a problem. I promise you'll be surprised at what your body can (and WANTS TO!) do.
